Good day, everyone,
Some of my friends and relatives I know are doing well in Nigeria. Some even have 25 to 49 Million naira with them, but they some have left Nigeria, while some are still processing visas to leave the Country.

So, I am wondering Why Nigerians who are doing well in Nigeria still travel abroad for relocation instead of starting a business.

I need to understand

There are not many scalable businesses you can start and run with 30m naira in Nigeria. Anyone you want to start, you will see that they have already used rules, regulations and licenses to block it from before you even conceived it 😂

True, my friend lived in Canada for many years, he had so much believe in Nigeria in terms of setting up a business. He’ll always tell me on d phone what and what he wants to do in Nigeria. He finally came, got an office in Area 11 in Abuja. Before he completed the office space process, he was already sweating and then within 4months, I saw his book records myself that he had spent 3,102,000 on diesel with Abuja Municipal Council registration payment right and left.

Starting Business On which facilities and amenities?

You go first:
1. Build road for your business
2. Build power station
3. Build a water plant

You must first plan licenses and bribes for the regulators to do their jobs.

How much remain for your business plan to work in a country with unstable policies.

Don't get me started….

Render service today with 20% markup, go to market tomorrow to restock and you will be in 50% deficit.

Abeg O!

And there is absolutely no guarantees you will be successful. Infact your chances of failure is over 80% because the odds are always against Nigerian Businesses

You can imagine how bad an economy is that a citizen would rather spend above 30M for/as transport to another man’s land just to start doing menial jobs there.
People even sell off their properties just to leave.
Small offline business wey I Dey do, government wan use tax close my business
