If your intent toward a woman is sex, say it.
After a few outings, tell her how you feel and what you want. There's nothing wrong with telling a woman you admire that you're attracted to her and would love to be intimate with her. If anything, have that conversation over chat so there's always proof that you sought her consent instead of assuming it.
You can even talk about the things you both like so you understand each other better.
What's unwise is spending crazily on a woman whose only value to you is sex while she has no idea that's all you want. If sex was your goal and she says no, why keep wasting your time, money, and emotions? You got your answer. Respect it and move on.
If, however, your goal is to build something real and let things grow naturally, then slow down on the spending. Don't try to impress a woman with your wallet. Be generous because you want to, not because you're expecting access to her body.
Never give so much that you start feeling entitled to a woman's body. She doesn't owe you sex because you paid the bills, bought the gifts, or financed her lifestyle.
Personally, I think a lot of rape, abuse, and the unfair treatment of women start with entitlement. A man begins to believe a woman owes him something because of everything he's done for her. She doesn't.
Be the kind of man who only goes where he's wanted. There's no dignity in forcing yourself on someone who doesn't want you.
Too many men pretend they don't want sex. They act like saints. They build trust. They position themselves as the "good guy." Then the moment they get privacy, power, or the perfect opportunity, they force themselves on women who never saw them that way in the first place.
Don't ever be that man.
Tell a woman how you feel. Tell her what you want. Give her the freedom to say yes or no.
If she says yes, you've both won.
If she says no, you've also won because you've saved yourself months of false hope, unnecessary spending, and the bitterness that comes from feeling entitled to something that was never yours. Oops!
