Few years ago , a maternal aunty reached out to me for certain medical operation. She wanted 5million Naira.
The same aunty I begged to pay my Waec , she refused and asked me how many times I came to her house to wash her clothes and what value have I added to her life.
She also said I should tell my Dad that she's not a bank.
. I am not entitled to anybody's money so that's absolutely cool with me but it should be vice versa - dont ask me when you never gave me . ( anyways , that's not the gist )
I agreed to give her the money but I had conditions
" I will support you with 1million naira as a gift - don't pay me back even though you don't deserve it but it's fine. The remaining 4million naira , give me a plot of land in ohafia .
My relatives weren't happy but you think I , Ninnah cares for validation? My late mother always wanted validation - unfortunately, I validate my own self , hopefully I pray God justifies me at the end of my life .
They said I am using somebody's sickness to collect a plot of land from her.
Wicked girl ,, I accept . 
But you have cars, houses, lands to sell off ,
Why come take the little a poor girl like me has in the name of sickness and still wants to emotionally blackmail me ?
"Well, Go to the bank my people , pay interest" .
Usually , I don't lend money to relatives and friends . I can gift you 20% of it or more , the one that I know I can let go so we won't quarrel .
Because over the years , I have seen how ' money' break family, friends and relationships. -

They finally called and handed over the land document, I did my search to ensure title and I called the surveyor to go check , then I asked them to fence it .
In one week , I gifted her 1M before the kinsmen , kept the evidence and send the 4M differently for the transaction and attached the receipt, detailed the narrative as " Money for Land Purchase " and all that , then perfected the landed documents.
My uncle , her younger brother and also the witness was frowning his face whilst signing -
Wait oo, Shey na the same people wey I beg to help me when mumcy dey hospital bi diz ? Them say dem no get 5k for Oxygen in 2009 .
The woman still Kpai for Hospital ,
I still beg them make dem help me bury mumcy . Them asked me weda na them kpai my Malè, say why I dey disturb them sef .
The reason she gave me that time was because she just bought a new car and she needed to pay for the freight so she doesn't have money for any burial .
Well, I no vex - no bi she kee my mama afterall .
Na poverty kee my mama .

After few weeks , she went to do her surgery and she Died.

You may not like me as a person but if there's one thing you will like about me is this -
- I forgive alot , I am a kind person but I am structured and very principled .
On Psquared Matter ? I can't process that Corporate Framework in my brain -
I Have NO FAMILY and FRIENDS in business .
If I am not doing a Pro-bono ,
Then I am doing Real business ; with a full blown- standard- agreement in place .
Then on PRINCIPLES,
I keep to my words and I expect you to keep yours
If there's anything on earth that will make me fail you , I shall communicate same to you ahead of my breach.
I have friends of 20-35 years , turned to partners .
I hold their money and I invest for them .
My eyes is only on my fee , the one I am entitled to .
I have never broken a promise to anyone, none that I can remember and I say this PUBLICLY.
What I cannot do, I tell you . If I need to refund , I do so immediately withholding 'nothing'.
I have never borrowed money from anyone in this life , I say this PUBLICLY as well .
What I have is enough for me to manage my life or I slash my cloth heavily according to my size ; If e didn't dey , e didnt dey .
I have no reason to be overtly nice to you , lie to you or praise you out of proportion - just for my stomach sake; I try my best to be who I say I am to you.
As a P00r Man's Child that I am , they left no inheritance for me , except for a name - I have nothing to protect except my words and honor .
