Guys, we really need your advice. PLEASE!

How do you prevent a logistics company from hijacking your orders and becoming your competitor?

We are currently experiencing this. Whenever we generate about 50 orders a day in a particular zone, the logistics company fulfills only about 35 orders for us.
They then use the remaining leads to sell the same product as their own, without spending a kobo on advertising.

We only discovered it when we started calling customers for follow-up, and they would say, "Yes, the product has already been delivered."
But it wasn't delivered on our behalf—it was our zonal logistics partner selling directly to our customers.

Has anyone experienced something like this?

What systems, agreements, or operational measures can we put in place to stop this from happening again?

Have you confirmed if the agent is actually responsible? You need to brand your products as well to prevent such an occurrence.

Call the person out, and why are u still using d person

My boss found out. By asking his friends to place an order. Twice. When we started suspecting. Because a client will say bring.

And the Agent will return and tell us they didn't buy..

The he did one for us and did the second one for himself.

He will not put the person here. Because we didn't meet the person on this forum.

However we have suppended all our transactions.

We did brand our product to be honest. But his own is branded.

But How do we avoid such happening Again.

Can an Agent be a seller too. Is it Allowed. Isn't that conflict of interest??
