Currencies of life

The 4 currencies of life - M.E.A.T

Money - Usually the easiest and also the cheapest. It's easy to just throw money at anything. It's funny how people place money above the other forms of currency.

Energy - this is another currency that people give away willingly without understanding the value. When you waste your energy, you're wasting your life. Be mindful of the things you spend your energy doing.

Attention - we often use the phrase "pay attention". But we don't realise that literally that's what we do. We pay attention to people or things in exchange for some sort of value. The problem is many people pay attention to any and everything. You must be careful of the things you pay your attention to.

Time - You can't make more time, you can make more money. With each passing day, your life is gradually coming to an end, so you have to be mindful of how you spend your time. You should only spend it on things that matter.

Independence is good.
But isolation can be risky.

Life is unpredictable.
A medical emergency, an accident, or a sudden illness can happen without warning.

Make sure there are people who know where you live.
Stay in touch with family and trusted friends.

Answer calls.
Return messages.
Check on others, and let them check on you.

Strength is not measured by how isolated you are.
It is also measured by the quality of the people in your corner.

As you grow older, don't just build wealth.
Build relationships.

One phone call, one visit, or one trusted friend can make all the difference.
